By nature very eager to learn and passionate to share, Nadège discovered yoga almost 10 years ago to counter day to day stress from her lifestyle she was leading while working in communication business sector in Asia. The practice of yoga has been part of her life since then.

She says that through the practice of yoga she finds a real therapy of mind & body and a new way to see the life and strength to adapt to its changes.

Very soon her practice encourages her to explore this art of living further, and to share her experience with other. This is where the idea of being a yoga teacher took place, meanwhile whenever she had the opportunity she taught yoga to her colleagues, family and friends.

In time life brought her on the path of yoga where she realised that her time to sit in the office is over and a start of a new journey lead her to India, to deepen her yoga practice at some of the renowned yoga schools namely Ashtanga yoga institute in Mysore, Rimyi at Pune where she was blessed to meet Sri BKS Iyengar, and study the precision of his teachings.

In her yoga classes, she encourages all students to approach yoga without competitive spirit and to find balance, stability, healing, wellbeing what yoga has to offer with a regular practice.

She has taken formal yoga teachers training with Bharath Shetty in Mysore, India.

She is passionate about maternity and parenthood and get inspiration and knowledge in her own yoga practice, her personal experience as a mother and her training in pre and post-natal yoga with reknown Dr. Bernadette de Gasquet, in Paris.
