Kuya Minogue

About us

Kuya has been training in Soto Zen Buddhist practice since 1986. She has received dharma transmission from Natalie Goldberg in Zen Writing practice and is a teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She has published in Buddhist anthologies and has just completed publication of her poetry book, Zen Essentials. The teaching styles she learned in her zen training are enhanced by her Masters Degrees in the field of adult leadership and teducation.
