Sarah hails from New Jersey but has made her home in many places around the world while teaching Pilates and Yoga, including New York City, Australia, Bali, and Thailand. Sarah is fully Pilates equipment and mat trained in the Pilates Academy International method from Pilates on Fifth in New York. She has been teaching on both the equipment and the mat for seven years. She also received a certificate from Yoga Alliance 200-hour Yoga in 2010 through Blooming Lotus on Koh Phangan, Thailand. Sarah is also knowledgeable in sustainability, detox and the use of herbs for daily life. She holds a degree in Journalism from Rutgers University.
