Yoga means “union” in Sanskrit, the yoking of the body, spirit and mind, combining the breath with movement. Helping our students develop a yoga practice is the objective of all of our teachers here at Breathe. Allowing each and every one to create the best version of their own yoga practice. We focus on breath, brief meditation and centering exercises, proper warm ups, pose alignment, detoxifying twists and stretching, and a gentle, restorative Savasana (relaxation).
