Lives in: Portland, Oregon

Nadi started practicing yoga in college out of general interest. She quickly found the wisdom and health benefits of yoga to be the backbone in all her adventures; both out into the world and deep into her heart. She has used yoga to heal injuries, body aches, heart aches and  anxiety. She has watched yoga increase her capacity for love, joy and compassion in everyday life. Nadi says that with yoga, she feels strong in the body, steady in the mind and open in the heart. Her greatest pleasure is learning more about this ancient tradition and sharing the knowledge with others.

She is a 500hr RYT Yoga Alliance certified instructor in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow through School Yoga Institute. She also has experience teaching Restorative, Prenatal and Kids Yoga.

When she’s not on her mat you can find her strolling around Portland’s great neighborhoods or out in the world traveling to new places. She finds herself frequently heading up a trail or down a river in my kayak connecting with mother earth.  She loves relaxing in the park with friends playing music, writing poetry and talking about the wonders of life and this planet. She is currently studying psychology at PCC, loves to cook and explore all the many paths of holistic wellness.
