I began my own personal relationship with yoga in college as more of a fitness routine than a way to deepen my understanding of myself and my relationship with others.  As the years went on my practice was "off-and-on," as is often the case for many students, but I noticed that in my most difficult times it was the one thing I returned to again and again.  Yoga has helped me to find comfort in my body and ease of mind on the days I did not think it possible.  I knew that I wanted to share… For more information click the 'Send a Message' button origin
