Jessica Bellofatto

Jessica Bellofatto has been studying, practicing, and teaching Yoga for the past 21 years.  A mother of three, natural birth advocate, doula, surfer, triathlete, stand up paddleboard instructor and pioneer of SUP Yoga (yoga on the paddleboard), Jessica believes that movement in all its forms allows us to connect back to our natural state of wholeness and happiness.  She has created a style of Yoga called JBYoga- Just. Be. You, inviting each of us to honor our authentic selves and discover that which lights us up, whether it be yoga, running, surfing, swimming, biking, walking through the woods or on the beach, or sitting in meditation.
