Serieke’s yoga path started about ten years ago. She started practicing Hatha yoga and learned a lot about the body mind connection and the effect of the breath on her physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing. In Brazil, she started practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and noticed how her body and mind became stronger, more flexible and healthy. To dive deeper into the material, she followed a teacher training course with Johan Noorloos and Marcel van de Vis Heil. Since 2010, she has been teaching Vinyasa and Hatha yoga in different locations. During the retreats in Spain, she will be teaching the morning and afternoon yoga classes.
