Elif is on a crusade to make Transformational Breath a household name within 5 years.  She has over 20 years of experience working as a NHS Psychologist as well as private practice.  Her area of specialism is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for psychological problems, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  She is a member of the Health & Care Professions Council and British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.  Elif delivers passion; backed up with serious credibility, and a solid understanding of emotional issues. Elif knows this tool is powerful, quick, effective, and available to each of us. She had a car accident a few years ago, and breath work has aided her recovery. An advanced yoga teacher, and skilled in many different therapies, she offers one to one sessions in Transformational Breath.  Elif puts everyone at ease, radiating trust; her clients love her. Disciplined on a professional and personal level, she practices daily.  She will keep you in a safe space, whilst pushing your limits.
