Dilana Tasci is a Yoga teacher who acquired her training at Sivananda Yoga Vidya Peetham, North India. She is a student of Pyschology with a deep fascination in mind and body sciences.
Since a young age she suﬀered from chronic back pain and conventional medical approaches oﬀered little relief. Following her training in Yoga and Vendanta philosophy at this ashram she returned to London with her back pain gone, and a deep interest in the healing wisdom of her body.
She found that the pain she had been experienc-ing in her back was a sign of something deeper.
By integrating yoga with breath work, she knows that we are able to open a rare space in our busy lives where the breath, the body and the spirit ﬂow together in a conscious and integrated way – inviting healing into our lives.
