I have been practising yoga for 15 years now and am teacher trained 200 hrs with Yoga Alliance.  

My training as a yoga teacher taught me a huge amount about the physical body but this was just the start of the journey for me.

As my journey progressed I realised that I wanted to learn more about the mind as well as the body and how the two connect. This is where I started to explore Mindfulness.I spent much time talking to wonderful and inspirational mindfulness teachers and speakers. This coupled with my own mindful practice grew the urge to take this beautiful gift further to help others.

I undertook mindfulness teacher training and developed my own courses in my local area. I also run online programmes.

I took the skills I had learnt in my mindfulness studies onto the mat and into my yoga practice and teachings. Mindfulness and yoga unite us perfectly.

I would love to share my experience and teachings with you in a beautiful relaxing environment.
