Wiler Noriega Rodrigues

  • Limongema, Peru

Wiler Noriega Rodrigues grew up in the Shipibo village of San Francisco de Yarinacocha, near Pucallpa. He began to work with ayahuasca and other plant medicines when he lost his eye due to a fishing incident almost twenty years ago.

His powerful icaros, massive heart and strong work ethic have landed him employment at such reputable facilities as Temple of the Way of Light, Nihue Rao, and now Ayahuasca Adventure Center. We’ve been doing ceremonies with Wiler for almost two years and are lucky that the have stars aligned to make him our lead Shaman.

Wiler lives in a small Shipibo village called Limongema with his wife, mother and eight children. We fly him up to Iquitos every month for work. He is committed to healing and sharing his knowledge of shamanism with our guests. You won’t be disappointed!

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

So that I am rejuvenated to be the best I can be in my relationships - personal, work and in Society - offering and giving to be of benefit to others! Laura
