Janet Nicol has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Her spark, energy and commitment to living life to its fullest is infectious and inspiring. Janet leads dynamic themed-based Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes accompanied with music, insight, and humor. She creates a safe place to practice, grow and explore and encourages students to modify poses so that they receive the maximum benefit from each class. She is a committed practitioner of restorative yoga and yoga nidra and has developed her own calming style of sequenced yoga poses.
Her Restorative Yoga classes are accompanied with a soothing soundscape, essential oils and a guided relaxation to help students drop deeper into their practice. She has had the honor to study with many wonderful teachers over the years and is especially grateful to Rod Stryker, Scott Davis, Judith Lasatar, Diane Bruni, Daniel Aaron, Bobby Clennell and Brigitte Longueville.
