MARGHERITA yoga retreats build from one day to the next, enabling the group to make significant progress in their practice with a toolbox of skills that they can take back home with them. Morning sessions celebrate the warmth of the day, with standing asanas, arm and leg balances, backbending, and inversions. Evening sessions include twists, forward bends and hip-openers. Pranayama and meditation will be spread throughout the sessions. Margherita welcomes all levels. The therapeutic alignment of her work is for anyone who would like to gain a strong foundation for a lifelong practice, and for those who experience chronic pain or limitation of movement in the work
