Lucy began practicing Yoga in London years ago as an escape from her chaotic job in the fashion industry, and soon became addicted.
After leaving London in 2015 Lucy has travelled extensively combining her love of rock climbing and running with Yoga.
Having used Yoga to recover from running injuries she is well versed on Yoga for sports people and recovery. She is currently living and teaching in and around Barcelona where she blends Ashtanga with a flowy Vinyasa twist and a great sound track.
Expect a strong and face paced flow and a lot of fun!
