I believe that yoga isn’t just about moving our bodies into shapes on the mat; it’s about how we live our lives and interact with our world. I’ve enjoyed sharing the teachings of yoga since 2009 when I received my 200-hour certification from Gaiatri Yoga, and will be a lifelong student as I continue to study and practice. I am inspired by a wide variety of yoga styles, lineages and modalities including hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative, partner, therapeutic, nidra and meditation.
