Someone who's totally amped to get the absolute most out of every day on this planet and who, if you go along, will take you on some beautifully wild, crazy adventures? That's Han. And she's the Sydney-based personal trainer who'll be leading our June retreat.
Han radiates positive vibes and has a sense of adventure that really is catchy – which is one of the things that makes her such a kick-ass personal trainer. She's on a mission to motivate and inspire others to become the best possible version of themselves, and to help people shift from feeling average to feeling motivated, strong and inspired.
Han, a LuluLemon Athletica ambassador whose business Shift Wellbeing is based in Sydney, is passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. She focuses on finding balance in life that makes being fit and healthyboth sustainable and enjoyable, and she's a big believer in making exercise fun... even the toughest of sweat sessions.
Han specialises in high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength and conditioning, nutrition and small group training. She has a Bachelor of Health Science (Exercise and Nutrition) degree, a Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, qualifications in rehab and boxing certification.
