Linda is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher currently teaching group classes in various clubs and studios. This includes leading classes at an international chain LifePower Yoga . Linda is well known for connecting life stories to yoga philosophies to help her students understand that yoga is much more then the physical. Yoga philosophies and vapassana meditation are inter- woven into all her classes lessons so that ancient text can be applicable to today’s challenges.
Linda is also owner of “Eat To Nurture” holistic nutrition coaching where she has also been coaching hundreds of people to lose weight, eat healthy and live a diet free life for over 9 years. The integration of how to nourish your body (nutrition), calm your mind (meditation) and move your body (asana) makes for a perfect combination.
