Cris Mills

Cris is a qualified Holistic Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach, also well known in the industry as the one and only Surf Strength Coach. Although Cris' niche has focused on surf training, Cris brings extensive knowledge to all our retreat guests about functional body movement, increasing strength, flexibility, postural correction and lifestyle techniques. Cris has worked globally and completed his NCSA strength and condition certification, C.H.E.K. Practitioner Level 2 as well as Holistic Certifications such as Massage Therapy, NeuroKinetic Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Functional Movement and more. Cris' knowledge is second to none and his passion is contagious. Cris will focus on 1:1 coaching tips to ensure all guests receive a truly personal experience and return home with tips to not only improve their movement and exercise regime but improve their lives at an integrated level.
