Koko’s journey into Yoga started in Tokyo, Japan in 2006. Combining with her Masters degree in “Sustainability and Leadership,” she served as a teacher for “Sustainability and Yoga” for 3 years for 200 hours Teachers Training at YogaJaya, one of the renowned Yoga Studios in Tokyo. From 2012 she moved to a permaculture farm in Thailand where her background is Zen Buddhism cultivated deeper meditation practice, leading her to combine breathing and compassionate mindsets with Yoga… For more information click the 'Send a Message' button origin
