After practicing yoga for over twenty years (Iyengar, Ashtanga and Hatha), Bridget was invited by the founder of Pralaya yoga, Robert Boustany (trained by prominent Swamis such as Vidyadhishananda, and David+Doug Swansen, BKS Iyengar and other key masters), to become a teacher herself. During the 200-hour certification guided by Charlotte Borde, she deepened her understanding of the subtle anatomy, honed her guidance techniques and tapped into her natural knack for inspiring people to listen, and to sense: when to let go, and when to go the extra mile.
Bridget now teaches private and corporate classes in and around Paris as well as weekly group sessions at Dharma studio in Saint-Germain en Laye and Sportoquotidien in Boulogne-Billancourt. Her approach, Pralaya, is based on Ashtanga and Hatha flows but focuses on reinforcing weak muscles to protect joints and prevent injuries. Particular attention is paid to breathwork and improving the flow of oxygen to the various organs, opening the chakras and channeling the thoughts. Result: a profound connection with one’s personal dynamics, peace of mind and genuine well-being.
