Karma Pema Tsering

Retreats - Google Docs

Pema used to travel the world as a professional electronic musician, before addiction and depression let him hit the bottom of life. By turning everything upside down his path supervised him to a Gelug temple close to Berlin. Through the buddhist teachings and meditations given to him, like a lotus he climbed out of the mud and discovered a new light again. In 2014 his Lama gave him his Sanskrit name Karma Pema Tsering (The Long Life Lotus). He now dedicates his life to helping others.

Free Retreat Givewaway

We love you. And because we do, we're giving away another free retreat.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

My inspiration is a desire to gain a deeper connection to and understanding of myself, something that I've been working hard on for so long and will continue to do in the future. I view a retreat as a wonderful way to focus entirely on this without the distractions of every day life! Nicola
