Tamara Allers began her journey with yoga in 2009.  Her practice took her to India where she completed her first yoga teacher training at Ashiyana Yoga in Goa. From there she traveled India exploring Mysore and ashrams in the south of India, taking her practice deeper into her body, mind, soul, and life experience.  Her body consciousness was further expanded on through her schooling in Holistic Nutrition in Canada and completing her 500 RYTT.  The foundation of her practice is rooted in Ashtanga, however after 7 years of experience both as a teacher and student, her teaching style has been broadened to a much more fluid dynamic Vinyasa flow.  Her classes are wonderfully challenging, energizing, and powerful. She is passionate about the 8 limbs of yoga and the Yoga Sutra and trys to incorporate those elements in all of her teachings.

We love you. And because we do, we're giving away another free retreat.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

So that I am rejuvenated to be the best I can be in my relationships - personal, work and in Society - offering and giving to be of benefit to others! Laura
