Holy Waters

Sensing an unexplainable connection to a Universe beyond the 5 senses from an early age, Hayley finally put her wandering to rest when she picked up an authentic yoga practice in 2008. After exploring many other avenues in life, only yoga met a deep inner-longing for a limitless exploration into the unknown, inspiring a deep sense of awe, curiosity, and inspiration. A year after 200 hour Hatha YTT graduation in 2010, a serious back injury forced her to explore other types of spirituality and body-mind practices. Guided by unique individuals, she practiced and studied Qigong, and various forms of sound healing, reiki, and balancing through subtle vibration. Estatic and 5 Rhythms practices also helped her regain balance and lasting connection through movement. In 2012, she found her Shamanic-Buddhist-Yogi teacher and started practically applying her spirituality to life. She changed completely under his wisdom and guidance, experiencing consciousness leaps and bounds like never before. The following year, faced with intense emotional and physical challenges, she surrendered to Isha Yoga practices, programs, and lifestyle, volunteering, working, and living in an ashram in the US and in India, living a classic and traditional yogic life. Hayley’s yogic, qigong, and shamanistic wisdom allow her to direct and guide through a unique convergence – blending artistic creativity with spiritual depth. With a direct connection to the Divine, through love, a subtlety emerges, allowing profound introspection for anyone along the way.
