As a Nutritionist, she specializes in helping both women and men learn to eat foods that nourish them, set meaningful intentions and goals, and achieve their limitless potential. As a Yoga Teacher, she guides her students through mindful yoga practices using movement along with mantra, meditation, and breath work as a way to align the Mind+Body+Soul. She can be found teaching yoga and coaching workshops around the country as well as leading international teacher trainings.
