Hi, I’m Helene and I love sharing yoga with busy professionals, like myself, seeking to reduce stress and quiet their mind. When I started practicing yoga, I was broken-hearted, unable to stop the sadness and constant thoughts running through my mind, 24-hours a day. A dear friend suggested yoga and, in that studio, everything stilled while I meditated, took deep cleansing breaths and focused on the asanas (postures).
