Yvonne has been practicing yoga since the late 90s. Mainly Vinyasa Flow, Sivananda and restorative Yoga.

She is a certified Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance) also a certified ISA-Surf Coach and Life Guard, as well as a systemic life coach.
