Started her yoga practive in 2004 and from day one, she felt that this practice would change her life. In 2006 in Barcelona, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga came into her life and since then it is part of her daily routine. Over time, she felt the need to deepen her personal practice, embarking on a trip to India and beginning her studies of this practicies, philosophy and way of living. In 2010 she obtained a certified training at Brahmani yoga school in Índia and had the opportunity to start sharing her knowledge in the Netherlands simultaneously with the office work. Some time later she decided to dedicate herself 100% on sharing Yoga and since then this teachings are continuous.

She had chance to learn from teachers such as Tomás Zorzo, Pedro Kupfer, Manju Jois, David Swenson and more recently in Mysore with Saraswati Jois at KPJAYI. Her passion for this practice continues and in parallel she decides to expand and take a Thai Yoga Massage training as a way to complement her knowledge of the body, it's energies and  many different levels of bodywork.

Some years of travel opened many doors and taught in Spain, Holland, Brazil and is currently based in the city of Porto. She teaches in various centers in the city, where he also develops his work in massage and goes abroad for workshops, festivals and trainings.
