Coleman Zeigen has been practicing in the Shambhala tradition since 1999. He has taught Shambhala Training and the Way of Shambhala Curriculum throughout New England and most recently at the Boulder and Denver Shambhala Centers. Coleman was the Director of the Pioneer Valley Shambhala Center in Northampton, MA before moving to Colorado last summer. After an almost 10 year career as a stage actor, Coleman lived and worked at Karme Choling Shambhala Retreat Center for two years, before becoming a secondary school teacher.
