Discovering a new way to reconnect with her body, to heal old traumas, and find a place of stability on this earth, Mel believes that yoga offers everyone the chance to fully engage with life. Mel has trained in hatha yoga, but enjoys practicing Iyengar, Ashtanga and yoga nidra.
