Taylor teaches Hatha yoga with an emphasis on mind, body, and soul unification while maintaining integrity in the body’s movements. She has been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching since 2013. She is a 200-RYT with Yoga Alliance after receiving her training from Denise Druce in Salt Lake City, Utah; USA. She has taken specialty seminars in; Meditation, Pre-natal/Post-partum Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Yoga for a Healthy Back, Yoga for Weight Loss, Yoga for Kids, and Hot Yoga. Her classes follow a Vinyasa flow to build strength, flexibility, and balance.
Taylor believes that all people can benefit from both the physical and mental practice of yoga. She finds genuine bliss in providing a place for her students to explore their true-selves on the mat as she has. Her mission is to offer a comfortable setting and fulfilling experience for yogis of all levels. Her classes incorporate a theme and meditation to inspire reflection, set intention, and find a sense of balance in life. She encourages her students to move creatively, to listen to their body’s needs, and to allow for a smile to enter their practice.
