I am a certified meditation and energy healing teacher. I have been meditating since 1984 and continue to benefit from my practice. The meditative, visualization techniques that I share are potentially life changing. They are simple and easy to use, as well as powerful. I practice and teach a seated form of meditation. You sit in a chair with your feet on the floor and separated and have your hands separated in your lap. This meditation posture allows you to have an open system for your energy to flow freely.

I will be hosting a weekend meditation retreat in Sedona, Arizona, July 21 - 23, 2017. Pre-regiatration is required and space is limited. I also facilitate the Wild and Tame Meditation Club. Members of the club receive a recorded, guided meditation in their email in-box each week. I am starting a new quarter in April. Membership enrollment is open through April 7th.
