Varsha is passionate about wellness and also practices what she preaches. She’s a walking product of everything she teaches and you can’t help but feel energized after one of her classes. Varsha teaches a mix of Hatha yoga and mindfulness practices. She has been teaching all over the United Kingdom for corporate clients including Disney, The Nursing Midwifery Council, and even the House of Commons. Varsha has written her own workshops for reducing stress, and increasing energy and happiness. She will work with the groups’ needs every time so you get something that’s just right for you.
