      Sahnya Thom's Seminar

    I can't say enough about this experience. I have been to a lot of similar-topic events over the years but this was the best. Sahnya was extremely well-organized and offered so much wisdom and practical advice. There was lecture time and time where we had activities and ways to apply what we learned. Since the end of the seminar I have been able to use several of the methods that Sahnya taught us. When I feel nervous or 'stuck' I have these things I can pull out and use. Beyond these smaller easy-to-apply tips, Sahnya also explained how the brain works and why the things she taught us have such a strong scientific base. I now follow her posts and am able to continue to work on things that I have wanted to focus on for years. I will attend more seminars from Sahnya. These are destination-events for me and I recommend Sahnya for sure!
