Yogi Anant

Yogi Anant is born in a small village in Himalaya, near Holy river of Ganga. Even as a little boy, he had his first meditative expiriences. Feeling that meditation is his natural state, he enjoyed spending time in nature. Whatever he would do, he would do it with total awareness and peace. He felt this meditative state of inner silence and serenity since he was really young. He felt and he knew that we are much more than just a human body; that we are, after all, spiritual and creative beings with almighty potential and power within ourselves. He was always interested in spiritual themes about development of human beings on every level. Inspired by many yogis in Himalaya, he was interested in every ancient yoga tehnique about discovering the deep peace and harmony in human body and mind. Every day, he complements his knowledge about yoga and holistic health by learning through many books and seminars, and of course his own sadhana daily practice. As he states 'Yoga is in my blood', and he knows very well that only awereness in every single moment can bring love, peace and health, what we were given by our birth.

When he finished Master degree in college, he knew that that way of life will not fulfill him since his ambitions were totally different. He wanted to become a Yoga teacher.

He signed up in Yoga University in Rishikesh and after years of education his qualifications include :

He gave more then 100 Yoga workshops/Yoga retreats in different places while simultaneously teaching yoga.

After few years, he moved in Mumbai where he mostly worked as a personal yoga teacher for very ambitious and rich people that were living big-city lifestyle.

His goal is to awake faith in every individual. "It is extremely important to love and believe in yourself".

He states that God is not separated from us. He is within us and we are within God.

"We should learn to love oureselves, beacause love is an unbreakable part of us and by loving ourselves, we love the God that is within us." His dedication, gratitude, receptivity, love and individual approach to students abstract the best of each participant granting highest teachings of yoga.
