Sarah Scott

Sarah has been practicing yoga for over 12 years, immersing herself in a variety of styles ranging from Hatha and dynamic yoga practices to restorative, Yin yoga. Through a series of linked postures, Sarah guides her students to improve flexibility and strength, develop mental clarity, creativity and energy, creating positive affirmative change to body and mind through greater awareness of breath. Sarah tailors her poses to suit each student, so whether new to yoga or looking to develop a deeper practice, she gives every individual the courage to let go, tune into themselves and find their own path on the yoga journey. Qualified as a yoga teacher with The International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Sarah teaches at The Third Space in London, as well as small groups and one-to-one sessions in London and the South of France.
