I love enabling people to love themselves better. A practictioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help, I can instruct a program, which I call EastWestBalance, of activities around basic daily Jin Shin Jyutsu self-care. Jin Shin Jyutsu is an art of harmonizing the body's life energy, which includes holding points of the body to release stress and ease tension, such as the fingers and the toes. It re-establishes balance across body, mind, and spirit. This art is something anyone can do, and it is so simple to learn.
I can also branch out from basic skills to customize the program's experience to a particular group's interests, such as fatigue, office stress, sadness, or love life. It is my greatest desire to share everything I've learned of the human body, mind and spirit and to relate that one key learning that will set you free.
