Micole began her bodywork training in New York City as a supplement to her own practice and overall health as a professional dancer; finding release in Feldenkrais, Alexander technique, and gyrokinesis led to increased interest in somatic and healing touch therapies. Micole is trained in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, Shiatsu, and can incorporate energy work for clients seeking to release emotional pain or other energetic imbalances. Micole also holds a Masters of Social Work from Fordham University, and has clinical experience in all aspects of mental health, ranging from depression and suicide prevention to domestic violence prevention and substance abuse.
