Julian is a former French marine, following which he went into the French police force. Since leaving the police services he became a body guard (he worked for a former Top Model) and becoming certified for personal training. He has a passion for amateur fighting, personal training and anything contact sports! He has trained with olympic athletes, professional fights and professional coaches! His fitness regimes will include a mix of boxing, muay thai, kickboxing, MMA, high intensity interval training, circuit training, running, functional training, and cross fit training!
