John James Pepper is a yoga instructor, Thai massage therapist, kinesiologist and trainer with a degree from the University of Texas. It was there he fell in love with movement as he played collegiate sports and studied. That brought about untimely injuries that turned out to be extremely fortunate. Through these injuries JJ realized the importance of training not just the body and mind but the spirit as well. He dove into meditation and this led him to pursue healing arts to supplement his training background, the two most namely being yoga and Thai massage. It is JJ's goal to help as many as he can to heal and prevent injuries so as to live the longest and most joyous life possible. It is an honor to host this retreat and he am so very happy to serve you.
