I once asked Cameron, "if you could describe the experience of retreat in one word, what would it be?" His answer has always stuck with me: "Kindness". He explained how going into retreat is one of the kindest things one can do for oneself. I agree. I would also use this same word to describe Cameron. He is very kind and generous and has a way of delivering the teachings that has me totally engaged and absorbing every word. I really appreciate his light hearted approach which is always accompanied with his great sense of humour. All this creates a very open atmosphere to explore this whole being human trip. Thanks Cameron!
