Giuseppe Rosato

Giuseppe (MA, YT, EAT) is a certified yoga teacher and qualified yoga therapist since 2005 and his keen interest in exploring consciousness, self-awareness and the creative and expressive life force residing within made him pursue an experiential study on the altered states of consciousness (along the regressive and progressive development of the spectrum of consciousness which is pre-personal, personal and transpersonal). He completed in 2010 a Master of Arts in Alternative Healing Modalities from University of Calgary (Canada) researching and experiencing on the subtle body system of the chakras or energy/consciousness vortex and their work to complement his passion https://essaylulu.s3.amazonaws.com/c1/f0378020c111e4975e672dad47f09e/MA-thesis-Giuseppe-Rosato.pdf.

Amongst his rigorous yoga training, Giuseppe has trained at the Sivananda School of Yoga and Bihar School of Yoga in India, National Association of Hatha Yoga in Cuba, Yoga Therapy Centre in England, and Yoga Outreach in Canada. He has been fortunate to meet with saints, savants and shamans during his travels in Asia and Latin America who have blessed him with hands on knowledge of yoga, meditation, self-discovery, altered state of cosnciousness and muc more.\'a0.\'a0His working background includes 10+ years experience leading group workshops with Integral Yoga and Meditation and 3+ years designing and implementing creative and expressive arts therapy programs to support individuals/groups in their life journey.

      Amazing experience

I was fortunate to attend Giuseppe's retreat in BalI and was impressed about his "out of the box" format where he integrated other modalities like arts! It was a novel experience, where even a hard core yoga practitioner like me left with valuable experience which I can incorporate into my practice and my life itself. I would recommend Giuseppe's retreat to anyone who is looking for a life changing experience. Thank you, Giuseppe and wish you all the best.
