Maeva is a former professional dancer who has been practicing yoga for 10 years. In 2014, she fell in love with Ashtanga yoga and decided to become a yoga teacher. She is passionate about the understanding of peaceful movement and the connection between body and soul. She leads her students towards autonomy with security. Her teaching is accessible, benevolent and for everyone. For her, this peaceful approach can lead us further. She also has a strong Pranayama and meditation practice, and believes these two tools can really help to regulate our daily life and find peace in our inner self. She is a big fan of Kirtan (singing Mantras). So, if you play an instrument and would like to share your talents with the group, she'll be very happy to organize one.
