Daniela has been practicing yoga since 2010, and teaching since 2016. She is a certified Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher with a strong dedication to sound healing and mindfulness meditation, which are always included in her teachings. Her classes bring awareness into the body, and are directed to reach that perfect balance between strength and ease; yin and yang energies, our feminine and masculine sides. Daniela’s approach to yoga combines a focus on alignment and strength, with a feeling of surrender and ease, and a deep connection to the breath. She believes that yoga is for everyone, and invites you on the mat to reconnect with your Highest and True self and to invite the light of yoga into your daily life.
