Elba Camejo is part of a family dedicated to music, poetry, yoga, chikung, tai chi chuan and meditation. From the womb she began to make contact with music through her father and with yoga through her mother. At the age of 15 she began her studies and formal yoga practice and soon after she started immersing in Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan as well. She is a direct disciple of Professor Eucaris Navarro, who is also her mother. In 2010, after 6 years of practice and training, she obtains her certification as a Yoga Instructor at Escuela Ymaa Zhenhe, and has been dedicated since then to teaching both adults and children. She has traveled around the world teaching, learning, sharing and discovering more about herself. She is venezuelan but resides in Olon, Ecuador. Her classes are a fusion of Bhakti Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa, where breathing, asanas and conscious movement become one in devotion of heart. What she considers the purpose of a yoga practice is purification and transcendence. Honoring the connection body, mind and spirit in order to fulfill our mission.
