A classically trained ballerina with teachings inspired by personal practice, I love nothing more than to share in the findings of beauty and bliss. A 500hr ERYT with experience in Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara styles of yoga, I blend my knowledge and practices to create a powerful, mindful and meditative flow. With over a decade of study I was able to bring about measurable changes to my physical and emotional body, my mental health and my overall level of happiness and now spend my days helping others do the same.
