Jan Scott

Jan leads yoga and biking retreats internationally combining breath taking days with yoga, healthy food and community. Her classes are rooted in a heart-centered Hatha yoga tradition; blending chanting, mudra work, pranayama and partner poses with flow. Jan is a RYT Certified Hatha Yoga instructor having studied and practiced yoga for 18 years with teachers Rosie Good, Judith Lasater, Saul David Raye, Tias Little, Rodney Yee, Gurmurkh, Mark Whitwell and Sada Sat Kaur. She completed Japji under Yogi Bhajan in Espanola, NM and is a Spiritual Bathing practitioner.
