Certified by 8 Limbs Yoga Centers, I'm passionate about helping you cultivate the life skills a regular yoga practice can impart, including enhanced focus, increased confidence, greater body awareness and self-respect, mindful breathing and stress management techniques, improved strength and flexibility and kindness and consideration for ourselves, our communities and our planet. My classes aim to share these benefits in a positive, peaceful and welcoming way. I'm available to teach you individually or with a group of your friends, family or coworkers on-site in your home or office. I'm very comfortable around kids and pets and can also offer private sessions for parents who prefer to keep their little ones close while practicing (whether that means your child(ren) moving through some of the yoga poses, too, or simply playing or napping nearby). My personal practice and teaching style are inspired and influenced by yoga's hatha, yin and restorative traditions, and I enjoy customizing sequences for each client's individual needs.
