Lisa Andersson Rhodiner

Lisa (SWE) is an international yoga teacher and the co-founder of Inspiro Yoga.

She’s a 300 hr certified Radiantly Alive Yoga Teacher (Vinyasa Flow) having completed her first teacher training in Ubud, Bali in 2012. Between 2012-2015 Lisa lived and taught regular classes and workshops at Samadi Bali and Radiantly Alive Yoga Studio, as well as assisted and mentored at their world renowned teacher trainings.

To deepen her knowledge she continued with a another 100 hour module with Radiantly Alive, with the focus on Prenatal Vinyasa, Therapeutics and Kids Yoga (2012).

In 2013 Lisa co-founded Art of Life Retreats, offering exclusive Yoga & Raw Food Retreats out of Ubud Bali. Apart from transformational yoga the retreats involve, inspirational lectures by world renowned guest speakers and gourmet raw food.

In 2013 Lisa also founded Inspiro Yoga together with Nazareno Grisolia, with a wish to share her passion for yoga, a  healthy lifestyle  and travel with the world.

By living and teaching in Bali for 3 years Lisa got the chance to practice and learn from well renowned teachers such as Alanna Kaivalya, Tiffany Cruishank, Tara Judelle, Les Leventhal, Simon Borg-Olivier, Danny Paradise, Govinda Kai and Kino McGregor.

Since 2015 Lisa is based in Europe, spending time between her native country Sweden and  Ericeira, Portugal, where she offers various retreats, workshops and yoga events.

In 2017 Lisa completed High Vibe Yoga Teacher Training with a certification in Hatha Yoga and Meditation.

You’ll find Lisa teaching playful and strong vinyasa flow classes weaving in inspiration from Anusara, Iyengar and Ashtanga, accompanied by inspiring and uplifting music. Lisa also teaches Yin, Restorative, Partner and Hatha Yoga.
