Yoga Alliance offers 200-hour (RYT 200 and E-RYT 200) and 500-hour (RYT 500 and E-RYT 500) teaching credentials, as well as certifications for children’s yoga teachers (RCYT) and prenatal yoga teachers (RPYT).
